It is a wonderful place to catch up on a good book and doors lead to patio seating for outdoor eating or enjoying a coffee in the sun. Having a downstairs double bedroom and shower room is great for those with mobility challenges and the utility room is a useful addition to any holiday home.
The other delightful bedrooms, one double and a twin, are upstairs where the elevated position make the stunning views of the water and boats bobbing in the distance the star of the show. It really is a blissful way to be greeted when waking up in the mornings.
Park right by the door and once the gate is shut the mature garden is fully enclosed so children and pets can make the absolute most of it. The huge lawn lets them properly stretch their legs and the outside tap is ideal for cleaning up after running around. A pleasant walk leads down to picturesque St Ninian’s Bay where lots of birdlife can be spotted including sea eagles that are a truly awesome sight.

"This was our second visit to Seaview cottage. The feeling you get when you arrive is just one of relaxation and a wonderful home from home feel. The beauty of the location and the stunning views, married with the luxury and feel of the cottage just reconfirmed why we chose to have a second holiday here. The owners are lovely and communication is always easy, the pride they have in their very special property shows. This really is in our view one of the best places around with stunning Bute and the glorious beaches added in, well what can we say other than what a perfect blissful place this is."
